He started humbly from a local telco company and has steadily made his way up to become a Senior Network Engineer from one of the top telecom carriers in the Middle East. Experience in telco carrier access, VoIP/IP Telephony, and data network device implementation and support from different vendors' devices. Hardworking and trustworthy in dealings with colleagues and customers. Able to adapt to fast-changing and high-stress situations. Has a keen eye for detail and focuses on accomplishing goals. Al is a highly motivated and versatile IT professional. He has almost ten years of extensive hands-on experience in network and security solution engineering, implementation, design, and management. With strong judgment and technical acumen to collaborate closely and effectively with client-facing, engineering, and operations/technical support teams on processes and escalations. He has a deep understanding of emerging technologies and always looking for ways to incorporate them into work to improve efficiency and productivity. Al has a degree from Ateneo de Naga University. A licensed Electronics and Communications Engineer and holds different industry certifications.
